How to Return or Exchange

All items for return or exchange should be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached). We recommend securely packaging your return to avoid damage during shipping.Ship Back the Item
Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label (for U.S. customers). Simply attach it to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or carrier.Refund or Exchange
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you’re exchanging, we’ll send your new item right away. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the return to be processed once we receive the item.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with tags still attached.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for exchange but not for a refund, unless there is a defect or error.
International Returns: For international orders, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, but we’ll guide you through the process to make it as smooth as possible.
