Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to our shipping carrier for delivery.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $75, we offer flat-rate shipping options depending on the destination.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country, but typically take between 7-14 business days. Please note that some customs processing may delay delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status of your order.
Tracking Delays: Sometimes, tracking information can be delayed or not update immediately. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system after your order has been shipped. If you have concerns, feel free to reach out to us.
Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
International Shipping: While we do offer international shipping to select countries, certain destinations may have restrictions or additional import duties. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package is undeliverable, you will be contacted to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery, such as a delay or missing package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address, and consider tracking the package once it ships. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier.
Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be assessed by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by the customs agency of the country where the package is being delivered.
Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend that international customers check with their local customs office for more information on potential fees and regulations.
Order Modifications and Address Changes
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes. However, we will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is dispatched.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can only ship orders to a single address. If you’d like to send items to multiple addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
